Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) requires foreign students studying in Canada under the age of majority to have a custodian. The age of majority in most provinces in Canada is 18 years old. Through our British Columbia (BC) Guardianship program, we can provide custody for your child for the duration of the school year. We will process all the documentation needed by the government for their visa and study permit requirements, as well as provide supporting documents for the college or institution your child would be attending.
Here at Audendum, we are more than just a custodianship service. We were once students ourselves and understand the many difficulties a new student can experience once they arrive in Canada. With our concierge service, parents can rest easy knowing that their child will have 24-hour direct or emergency access to our phones. We have multiple communication methods to make sure parents will always be informed about the status of their child.
In addition, we offer many support services to make sure your child is safe and educated, no matter the difficulties of any circumstance. Need airport pick-up? We’ll be there. Help finding a homestay? We’ll find one. Opening a bank account? We’ll help you set it up. Help renewing a visa? We’ll do it. There is nothing better in life than knowing your child is taken care of in any situation. So take the next time and click the button below.
